How I became inspired…
Emerald Claims Solutions was founded from a passion for helping dental practices operate more efficiently while allowing providers and front office teams to focus on what matters most — patient care.
As a Duel Certified Dental Coding and Billing Specialist working alongside an endodontic practice, I experienced first hand the daily challenges dental teams face with insurance verification, claim delays, aging accounts receivable, and the constant pressure placed on patients, dental practice owners, and their teams.
I saw how administrative burdens could slow down workflow, impact collections, and create unnecessary stress for hardworking teams.
That experience inspired me to create Emerald Claims Solutions — a company built on precision, communication, and genuine support for dental practices.
Emerald Claims Solutions was founded to help dental practices gain stronger control over their insurance and billing processes through efficient claim management, consistent follow-up, and dependable administrative support.

Originally from Washington and now proudly rooted in Arizona, I founded Emerald Claims Solutions with a passion for helping dental practices create more organized, efficient, and financially supported offices through dependable billing and coding expertise.As a mother of two, I understand the importance of dedication, balance, and building something meaningful for the future. Family is at the center of everything I do, and that same level of care and commitment carries into the way I support dental practices and the teams behind them.
With a strong background in both medical and dental coding and billing, I have developed experience navigating the complexities of insurance workflows, claims management, and revenue support. I am proud to be the first in my generation to step into the dental field and the fourth generation in my family to pursue a career in healthcare — a journey that reflects both ambition and a deep-rooted passion for helping others.
Working within the dental industry showed me firsthand how overwhelming insurance and administrative responsibilities can become for providers and front office teams.
